Pierre Albertini – Chief Pilot
World-Class Pilot, Instructor, and Glider Aerobatic Champion
With over 5,000 hours of flight experience in airplanes, gliders, and tow planes, Pierre Albertini is a highly respected and accomplished figure in the aviation world. Renowned for his expertise, Pierre shares his passion for flying by training thousands of pilots as a certified and experienced glider instructor.
Pierre’s exceptional skills extend to glider aerobatics, where he serves as a certified instructor and coach, teaching advanced aerobatic techniques to glider enthusiasts. His reputation as a European Glider Aerobatics Champion and his extensive experience in world-class competitions distinguish him as one of the top pilots in his field.
From 1993 to 2019, Pierre proudly represented France as part of the French National Team, competing in European and World Glider Aerobatics Championships and showcasing his talent on the international stage. His dedication and contributions to sport aviation have earned him widespread recognition and respect within the aviation community.
In addition to his competition career, Pierre has played a key role in aviation leadership. He served as President of the Fayence Gliding Center from 1982 to 2008 and continues to contribute to its management as Vice President. Under his leadership, this prestigious club became a center of excellence for gliding. Pierre remains actively involved in the club’s daily management and in training aspiring pilots.
As leader of his new aerobatic team they are emerging as The Monaco Glider Aerobatics Team and as members of the Monaco Gliding Association (AMVV), Pierre combines his vast experience with his passion for sharing knowledge. Whether instructing glider enthusiasts, training aerobatic pilots, or managing high-level competitions, Pierre Albertini embodies dedication, expertise, and excellence in every aspect of aviation.
Nader Fahm – Aviation Aerobatic Innovator
With 3,500 hours of flight experience, Nader Fahm, a Real Estate Developer specialising in Skyscrapers in Houston Texas, is a trailblazer in the world of aviation, celebrated for his expertise, innovation, and passion for aerobatics. Holding an IFR, Multi-Engine, and Commercial Pilot License, alongside Air show Aerobatic Licenses and a Formation and Low-Level Unlimited Formation Aerobatic Waiver, Nader’s aviation career has been defined by pushing boundaries and inspiring others.
Nader’s aerobatic journey began in 1979, training with the legendary Duane Cole, often referred to as the “Godfather of Aerobatics” in the USA. By 1982, Nader had established the first School of Aerobatics in Houston, Texas, marking a milestone in aerobatic training and education.
His innovative spirit led him to design and build the first Mono-Plane Open Cockpit Aerobatic Plane (M.O.C. 260) in collaboration with Professor Bob ODell, who provided aeronautical engineering expertise. This ground breaking aircraft became the foundation of Nader’s aerobatic success.
In 1989, Nader formed a highly acclaimed aerobatic team, flying two M.O.C. 260 planes in formation aerobatics across America’s air shows, supported by a twin-engine Aerostar aircraft.
This team gained significant recognition, securing sponsorship from Tag Heuer, launching a three-year partnership to promote their iconic watches in the United States.
In 1992, Nader further expanded his influence by sponsoring his team with his own brand, Pilot Cologne, embarking on a U.S. airshow tour with the captivating tagline, “The Scent of Adventure”, a concept personally designed by Nader himself.
In 2002, Nader relocated to France, where he discovered a new passion for gliding at the Centre de Vol à Voile de Fayence. This marked the beginning of his journey into glider aerobatics.
After earning his glider pilot license, Nader pursued his passion for aerobatics with Pierre Albertini as his formation coach.
Together, Nader and Pierre established a new Aerobatic Glider Team, acquiring the high- performance aerobatic glider “The Fox.” Under the membership of the prestigious L’AMVV
(Association Monégasque de Vol à Voile), they formed the Monaco Aerobatic Team, which will continue to perform and inspire audiences worldwide.

Mathieu Albertini – Rising Star in Aerobatic Gliding
Mathieu Albertini is an exciting and talented young aviator making his mark in the world of aerobatic gliding. With a passion for flying from a young age and a dedication to excellence, Mathieu has quickly established himself as a promising pilot and competitor.
With over 1,500 hours of flight experience, Albertini is a seasoned pilot with extensive expertise across planes, gliders, and towing operations. Mathieu is also holder of CPL(Commercial Airline Pilot License).
As the Winner of the Class 1 at the French National Aerobatics Championship 2023, Mathieu has demonstrated exceptional skill and precision, solidifying his reputation as one of the brightest talents in competitive aerobatics. His success in national competitions highlights his technical mastery and commitment to the art of flight. At 22 years of age, Mathieu’s proficiency and passion for aviation make him a inspiration to other young pilots
In addition to his competitive achievements, Mathieu is actively involved in the aviation community. He is a proud member of Vol à Voile de Fayence, a premier gliding club in France, and L’AMVV (Association Monégasque de Vol à Voile), where he contributes his energy and expertise to advancing the sport.
